End User License Agreement 

Effective Date: May 11, 2024

1. Agreement By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant Otisco AB grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions You may not:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the software.

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the software.

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the software.

4. Intellectual Property The software is the intellectual property of Otisco AB and its licensors. The structure, organization, and code of the software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Otisco AB. The software is licensed, not sold.

5. Termination This license is effective until terminated. This license will terminate automatically without notice from Otisco AB if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer The software is provided "as is," with all faults, and Otisco AB makes no warranties or representations of any kind concerning the quality, safety, or suitability of the software, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event will Otisco AB be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if Otisco AB has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law This EULA is governed by the laws of Stockholm, Sweden, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

9. Severability If any provision of this EULA is illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
