Getting Started
What is Otisco?
It's a tool that helps finance teams extract, structure, and transfer data from each company’s accounting system into the consolidation system the group already uses, or Excel. It reduces manual work and ensures consistent reporting across entities.
Which accounting systems do you support?
Otisco connects to 90+ accounting systems, including Fortnox, Visma, Business Central, Monitor ERP, PowerOffice and Xledger. If your companies use a system we haven’t connected to before, we build the connector, often within a short time. So far we haven’t come across a system we couldn’t connect. Do I need technical resources to implement Otisco?
No. We guide your finance team through the entire process with minimal IT involvement required.
Integration and Setup
How does the integration process work?
We start with a short discovery call, then provide a proposal and demo. After setup and configuration, data is transferred from your accounting systems to your consolidation system, or Excel.
How long does it take to implement?
The first company is usually connected within days of signing. Unlike many system implementations, you decide how quickly and to what extent you want to onboard companies to Otisco and begin streamlining your group reporting. Many Otisco customers start with a few companies to see the process from start to finish in a real closing, and then scale up to include all companies.
Can we customize the connector to fit our chart of accounts and dimensions?
Yes. Each integration is configured to match your company’s financial structure and reporting needs.
Data and Reporting
Can we integrate multiple entities or companies?
Yes. The connector supports multi-entity setups, consolidating data across locations, legal entities, or regions.
Support and Maintenance
What kind of support do you offer?
Otisco offers onboarding support, technical guidance, and optional long-term service agreements for optimization and updates.
Where is Otisco based and who do you work with?
Otisco is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We work with CFOs, group controllers, and finance teams across Europe and beyond.
