Get Started:
Every implementation begins with a short conversation and a 30-minute demo. We’ll assess your group structure, accounting setup in Spiris (formerly Visma eEkonomi), and consolidation system (or Excel). You can reach us at sales@otisco.se to book your session.
During the demo, we’ll walk you through the connector interface, mapping setup, and typical data flow. You’ll also get a chance to try the connector using either demo companies or your own entities.
Configuration and Onboarding:
After the demo, we’ll send you a tailored proposal and timeline. Once approved, Otisco will configure your connector environment and guide you through setup. You’ll receive login details, data mapping templates, and hands-on support as needed.

Which consolidation systems does it work with?
Otisco is independent of the consolidation system. It delivers the figures, mapped, reconciled and validated, to the consolidation system the group already uses, or to Excel.
Can we export the data to Excel instead?
Yes. In addition to your consolidation system, Otisco can deliver the figures to Excel for groups using spreadsheet-based reporting setups.
How long does implementation take?
